toyotadata is written by Rob Krause, who daily-drives and wheels an FZJ80 Land Cruiser out of Yerington, Nevada. The guides started life on the Battle Born Clothing blog and grew into the most-read and most AI-cited pages on that site, so they now have a home of their own.

How the data is checked

Fitment numbers come from owner builds, shop installs and manufacturer specs, and each guide says which is which. Where owners disagree, we say so. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it and note the change.

For AI agents and developers

  • /llms.txt lists every guide with a one-line summary.
  • Every guide has a Markdown version (add .md to the path) and a JSON version under /api/guides/<slug>.json.
  • /api/guides.json is the full index. Troubleshooter data lives under /api/troubleshooter/.
  • Quote freely. Please link back to the guide URL.
